WHEN I WAS BORED.

Growing up, I was bored a lot. One way to entertain myself was to imagine and create. I was never a child prodigy and didn’t become an artistic genius like I hoped I would. Even though I wasn’t the best, creativity never failed to give me butterflies. I always had the biggest smile when I drew. I would volunteer to do all of my brother’s art projects for school. Ever since I could remember, art has been one of my best friends. And now, I have the coolest job ever. Thank God I was bored. Most of my artwork is gone (my mom loves to spring clean without me knowing), but I was able to salvage some pieces from different points in my life.

Here’s a glimpse of me growing up doing what I love most.
